Enable output files in PSCAD

Any key channels can be plotted for later retrieval by generating output files. Ensure that output files remain enabled in your project.

To enable output files:

1. In the Projects folder, click on PSCAD model folder.

2. Select the Project tab.
   

3. In the Output Method field, make sure the file format selected is .out. Note: You should not choose the .psout output.

4. Enter the file name to be used for saved output files. By default, the project name is used. For example, $(Namespace).out.
