Known Issues
The following issues are known at the time of release, 16th November 2022.
Please use the following workarounds if you encounter these issues.
When recreating a case and selecting Using the exact same case configuration you previously used, a Case Consent form cannot be uploaded.
Workaround: When you select Using the exact same case configuration you previously used, complete the details and submit the recreated case and then email the ConnectionsTool mailbox with your signed Case Consent form.
When accessing a page for the first time which contains a table, it does not load correctly.
Workaround: Click on click another tab then return to the required page.
Email notifications to users does not contain all notes created from AEMO Australian Energy Market Operator.
Workaround: Always refer to the case notes in the CST portal for a full list of correspondence notes.
Attachments greater than 100MB combined cannot be uploaded when creating or recreating a case.
Workaround: If you need to submit files greater than 100MB total, email ConnectionsTool@aemo.com.au and an alternative arrangement will be made.
Emails may display incorrect information relating to who updated the case.
Workaround: Refer to the case details in the CST portal.
Case history shows US date format.
Please note the date format.
Uploaded files with the same name will overwrite each other.
Workaround: When uploading attachments to a case, ensure each file has a unique name.
Issues can occur when you have multiple accounts logged into the CST portal at the same time.
Workaround: Always log out of one account before connecting with another account.
