Adding a new Operational Group

This topic describes how to create a new operational group. Once you have added a new operational group, you can select this operational group when adding a new Generating Unit.

Prerequisites

To add a new operational group:

1. You must be the Participant Authority or Participant Member assigned the survey.
2. The survey status must be In Progress.
3. You have logged in and accessed Generator Surveys.

To add a new operational group

1. Click Summaries and then Surveys.
2. Find the survey and under Edit/+Version, click the pencil icon.
4. To make your search easier, you can search using the Survey ID or Version number. Or sort any of the column headings by clicking the up or down arrows.
3. In the Site Details interface, click the Operational Groups tab.
4. Click Add New Operational Group and enter the mandatory Operational Group Name.
5. Complete the other optional fields if required and click Add.
