Add new scheduled capacity data

This topic describes how to add schedule capacity data for the next 10 years. The capacity is measured in MW.

Prerequisites

To add new schedule capacity data:

  1. You must be the Participant Authority or Participant Member assigned the survey.
  2. The survey status must be In Progress.
  3. You have logged in and accessed Generator Surveys.

To add a new scheduled capacity data

  1. Click Summary Lists and then Surveys.
  2. Find the survey and under Edit/+Version, click the pencil icon.
  3. To make your search easier, you can search using the Survey ID or Version number. Or sort any of the column headings by clicking the up or down arrows.
  4. In the Site Details interface, click the Scheduled Capacities tab.
  5. Click Add New Scheduled Capacity to display the Add Schedule Capacity window.
  6. Complete the following fields and click Add to save the scheduled capacity data.

    Description

    Scheduled Capacity Profile Name

    Type in a name for the scheduled capacity.

    To identify and manage your capacity data, use a name format such as Survey Name Scheduled Capacity ###

    For example, ABC001 SC001

    Data fields

    Type in the scheduled capacity for each quarter across the 10 years.

    Summer and Winter data is mandatory, Autumn and Spring data is optional.
