Edit survey status

This topic describes how to edit the survey status. For details about statuses, see Survey process statuses.

Prerequisites

To edit survey status:

  • You must have a survey record In Progress with the relevant details: NEM region, Address, Dates, Custodian, Owner and so on.
  • You must have the appropriate role for each survey status. For details, see Survey process statuses.
  • You have logged in and accessed Generator Surveys.

To edit survey status

  1. Click Summary Lists and then Surveys Versions.
  2. The Surveys Versions interface displays. Find the survey you want to create the new version for.
  3. To make your search easier, you can search using the Survey ID or Version number. Or sort any of the column headings by clicking the up or down arrows.
  4. Under Edit/+Version, click the pencil icon to edit.
  5. The Site Details interface displays. Click the Site Summary tab.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the interface and click the drop-down arrow under Survey process flow status.
  7. Select the status from the list and click Save Details. For details, see Survey process statuses.

When a survey status is changed to Submitted for Approval, AEMO assesses it prior to approving or declining

Participant Authority

Deletion Accepted

AEMO accepted the deletion request for this specific version. You cannot make further changes

Deletion Declined

AEMO deemed the survey remain and declined the deletion request for this specific version

Participants must update the submission or contact AEMO's Support Hub for more information

The status when the survey is first created

Recall

If the Participant Authority role submitted the survey to AEMO and realised their survey is incomplete, they can recall their submission version if the status is not Submission Accepted

AEMO approves a survey for recall by changing the status to Submission Declined. Participantsupdate the status to In Progress and make their changes

Requested to Delete

The Participant Authority may request to delete a survey. If the participant changes to this status, AEMO approves or denies the request

Reviewing

The Participant Authority role reviews the surveys with this status assigned to them by the Participant Member

Submission Accepted

Indicates AEMO accepted the submission (version) so it is permitted to proceed with modelling and reporting

Once a survey is accepted by AEMO, there can be no further changes. A new survey version is required to update the site further

Submission Declined

Indicates AEMO declined the submission (version) and provided a reason. If further detail is required, AEMO declines the submission and enters comments or contacts the participant for further clarification

Submitted for Approval

The survey is submitted to AEMO for approval

It is only available to the Participant Authority role who authorises the survey and changes the status to Submitted for Approval, indicating to AEMO you have completed the survey

Informs the Participant Authority the survey is complete
