Add profile details
- In the menu, click Manage Members.
- Click Add member.
- The Add member interface displays. The Add member button is inactive until you complete all required member details.
- Complete the member's Profile details: * Denotes mandatory field
- First name *: Alphabet characters only. No spaces.
- Last name *: Alphabet characters only. No spaces.
- Email *: Alphanumeric characters. No spaces.
- Mobile: 15 character numeric field. No spaces.
- Position: Alphabet characters only. Spaces allowed.
- Account status: Enabled by default, meaning the member is active. Click to disable the member. Disabling the account status removes access to all assigned roles and groups.
- Click Add member. The button becomes active when the profile details are completed correctly.
- Review the details and make any necessary changes. Click Save.
- Click Cancel to return to the member's list without saving the profile details.
- Next you can assign roles to the member.
