Disable or enable a member
When you disable a member's account:
- They no longer have access to AEMO's Market Systems.

Any previous roles assigned to them restore if they are re-enabled, providing the role is still active.

Any previous groups they were assigned to restore if they are re-enabled, providing the group is still active.

You cannot see the roles and groups they were assigned unless they are re-enabled.

You cannot see them to add member to a group. or assign roles with permissions.
Enable member
- Follow the steps for Modify member profile details.
- Under Account status, click the toggle to change to Enabled.

Disable member
- Follow the steps for Modify member profile details.
- Under Account status, click the toggle to change to Disabled and click Save.
